Born on February 21, 1957, I’ve loved music as long as I can remember. My mom and dad were wonderful parents. When I was a kid, they said I’d come home from church and go straight to the piano and pick out the melodies of songs we had sung that morning until I was called to Sunday dinner. By the time I was a teenager, I was interested in writing songs and playing piano and acoustic guitar.

I was born and raised in Mississippi and attended Mississippi College where I followed the call of Christian music ministry and writing songs. God blessed my life with churches to serve and choirs to lead. So many wonderful people and gracious friends influenced the music in my life which evolved into writing more choral music. I LOVE choral music and church choir, school choir, ensembles, quartets, tight harmonies, etc…

I enjoy various styles and expressions of music and hope you find something here you like and something that ministers to your heart, your choir or singing group. Music brings us together as nothing else can and when infused with the Holy Spirit, draws us closer to Christ and to each other. No explanation needed. We just know!
